For patients without insurance:

We want to make sure that you will receive the care you need. We know that the people we treat in our office are more important than their current insurance status. To help you be able to spread your fees over the course of several months, we utilize the aid of third-party payment companies; Care Credit and CITI Health. We also extend a 5% discount for all prepaid treatments that cost more that $1500. Please call is if you have any further questions or concerns regarding these payment options.

For patient with insurance:

Our office is glad to file insurance that is out of network. We know that this can help some people receive the care they need, and we are willing to help you receive the most you can out of your insurance. We do ask that the patient will make the full co-payment at the time of service.
